Please read carefully through our policies, as online purchasing signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions. The following terms are subject to change without notice.

 

C O N F I R M A T I O N

• All transactions are made between the purchaser and YARAISMAIL.

• By submitting an order through our site,  www.yaraismail.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with YARAISMAIL.

• When we receive an order you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail that details your order.

 

O R D E R S  +  D E L I V E R I E S

• When an order is placed you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your placed order.

• We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time – in the event product information has been incorrectly published or altered at the time of receiving your order, including stock level, prices and promotions. 

• In the event we are unable to deliver according to the terms outlined we will contact you via email.

• Prices and costs are subject to change at any time without notice.

• Deliveries take up to 10 business days.

• Delivery dates are provided as an estimated guide only. We do not take responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected time of delivery.

• We do not accept liability for items lost in the post. Please ensure your address and delivery details are accurate.

• Orders are dispatched on regular business days.

• Orders that are picked up from our studio can occasionally be picked up on weekends, however this is to be arranged upon agreement at least 3 to 5 days in advance.

• Product colours displayed on our site should be used as a guide. We ensure our colours are displayed as accurately as possible, however colours depicted are entirely dependent on your screen monitor.

• Please note colours of textiles that have been naturally dyed or naturally printed may vary, as this is a delicate and hand-made process – that is fully dependent on materials provided and used during  the dyeing process.

• A substitute fabric is sourced in instances where fabric is unavailable for a certain style. Should a fabric be unavailable for a style advertised on our site, images of the substitute fabric will be sent to you via email. The handle and composition of the substitute fabric are sourced to be as close to the original as possible, however colour may vary slightly.

 

P A Y M E N T S

• Payments are cash on delivery. We do not accept Paypal, Visa and/or Mastercard payments.

• You have the option of paying upon delivery of your order, or paying in-person at our studio (contact us for in-person payments). Note date and time will have to be negotiated and arranged prior to picking up an order.

• We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices.

• Prices on our site are shown in Egyptian Pounds by default.

 

R E T U R N S  +  E X C H A N G E S

• Products delivered are refunded only if they differ from what is advertised or if they are faulty.

• To help us process your returns or exchanges please follow the following steps:

  • ​Product packaging may be opened and inspected, however tags must remain attached onto the product, and must not display any signs of wear or damage.

  • Please ensure the product is packaged nicely to avoid any damage in transit.

• Please note you are responsible for the product until it reaches our studio.

• An exchange or refund will only be offered once the product/s are delivered to the YARAISMIAL studio. Once the package has arrived we will contact you with a confirmation of delivery. After a quality control check has been processed, we will then either provide a refund or freeze payment until you have selected an exchange item – depending on agreement.

• Only YARAISMAIL products may be exchanged for other YARAISMAIL products.

• Due to their personalised nature, there are no refunds, no returns and no exchanges on special items such as the following orders: items that have been modified, altered or resized / items that have been previously exchanged / custom orders / sale items.

• Products can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

• We do not currently provide international shipping options on our site. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing from overseas and we will look into providing you with postage options and quotes.

• Note that you are responsible for products returned until the package reaches our studio.

• Our studio address will be sent upon request via email in the case of returns, exchanges or studio pick-ups .

• The YARAISMAIL brand and registered domain are owned by the YARAISMAIL studio.
