YARAISMAIL’s first workshop held in collaboration with The Nile Goddess took place at Mazeej Hotel in Egypt’s North Coast – a luxury retreat wellness concept that gathers women to connect through creation, hosted at scenic locations around Egypt.

We began the workshop with an introduction to the history of natural dyeing, with a focus on Ancient Egyptian origins, methods and traditions. Each participant was then guided though botanically dyeing their own silk scarves and botanically printing paper using dye materials and tools provided by YARAISMAIL.
